Monthly AI hosting & maintenance is available from £29/mo — this covers API usage at cost (no mark-up), performance monitoring and response tweaks when your services or prices change. It's optional for AI Business Bot builds but recommended. The Smart Assistant uses guided logic rather than a live AI API, so it has no ongoing API costs. Content or flow changes outside revision rounds are charged at £60/hr. All prices are one-off build fees; monthly hosting and maintenance is a separate rolling commitment with 30 days' notice to cancel.
