1. The Promoter

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK-registered businesses based in or primarily serving Tiptree, Essex and the surrounding area. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of the business. One entry per business only. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Pulsar Web Works are not eligible.

3. The Prize

One (1) professionally designed and built website comprising up to 10 pages, basic on-page SEO setup, and 6 months' free website hosting from the date the site goes live. Estimated retail value: £795 plus hosting. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

4. What's Included in the Prize

• Up to 10 pages of website design and development
• Mobile-responsive design
• Basic on-page SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, image optimisation, Google Search Console submission, sitemap)
• Basic copywriting — Pulsar Web Works will write foundational page content where required
• Basic imagery — up to 1–2 suitable images sourced or supplied per page where required
• Domain name registration and setup if the winner does not already hold a suitable domain
• 6 months' website hosting provided by Pulsar Web Works from the date the site goes live
• One round of revisions following the initial design presentation

5. What's Not Included

• E-commerce / online shop functionality
• Premium third-party plugins or integrations
• Professional photography or video production
• Ongoing content updates, SEO management or paid advertising

6. Winner's Responsibilities

The winner must: respond to the winner notification within 7 days (failure to do so may result in an alternative winner being selected); provide their business logo and any specific content or images they wish to include within 21 days of being contacted; and cooperate reasonably throughout the build process.

7. Hosting, Domain & Handover (Important — please read)

Six months' website hosting and, where applicable, the first year's domain registration are provided free of charge. After this period, the winner agrees to take responsibility for the ongoing costs of the website, which include:

• Website hosting (currently from £85/month with a Pulsar Web Works care plan, or transferred to the winner's own hosting provider)
• Annual domain renewal (typically £10–15/year, depending on the domain)

If the winner continues as a Pulsar Web Works client on an ongoing care plan, hosting and domain renewal will be managed on their behalf as part of that arrangement. If neither a care plan nor an alternative hosting arrangement is confirmed within 30 days of the end of the free period, Pulsar Web Works reserves the right to take the website offline. By entering this competition, the winner accepts this condition.

8. Build Timeline

Pulsar Web Works will aim to deliver the completed website within 6 weeks of receiving all required content from the winner. Timelines may vary depending on content supply and the complexity of the project.

9. Portfolio & Promotion

Pulsar Web Works reserves the right to feature the completed website in its portfolio, case studies and promotional materials, including on social media. The winner's business name may be mentioned in connection with the competition result.

10. How to Enter

Complete the entry form on this page before the closing date and time. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. Bulk, automated or third-party entries will be disqualified.

11. Closing Date

Entries close at 23:59 on 30 June 2026. The draw will take place the following day and the winner will be announced shortly after.

12. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected entirely at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. Kyle will film the draw and post the video to this page and to the Tiptree community Facebook group. The winner will be notified separately by email using the address provided on their entry form.

13. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, Pulsar Web Works reserves the right to select and notify an alternative winner.

14. General

• Pulsar Web Works' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
• Pulsar Web Works reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Entering the competition constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
